Claudio Antonini joined Parthenon Capital Partners in 2016 as Director of IT Strategy and Implementation. Mr. Antonini has over 12 years of experience working with C-level suite at major financial companies as well as Big 4 consulting firms supporting strategic technology initiatives through execution.
Prior to joining Parthenon, Mr. Antonini was an IT Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice in New York. He regularly advised major private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies on M&A IT due diligence, carve-outs, IT-CFO matters (Capex and Opex), and IT strategy across major industries. In doing so, he conducted assessments and coordinated with technology teams across the firm to maximize value creation.
Previously, Mr. Antonini held the global technology controller role at UBS AG in Stamford, Connecticut where he reported on a $5 billion IT portfolio to the executive board. He partnered with IT CFOs across the businesses where he reviewed regional technology spending as well as managed teams in the US, UK, Poland, and Singapore to support IT metrics as well as process enhancements.
Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Antonini worked at Citi Private Bank’s global technology center in New York as the IT controller for the Americas where he managed technology reporting and reviewed IT spending to support the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney joint venture.
Mr. Antonini earned his Bachelor in Commerce and Honors in Business Management from the University of South Africa. He also has completed graduate coursework in Technology Management at Georgetown University where he continues to be engaged in emerging technology trends.
