Bedminster, NJ — Zelis Healthcare (“Zelis”), the healthcare industry’s leading provider of claims cost containment and payment solutions and technology, is seeking additional acquisition targets in payment integrity, cost containment, network solutions, payments and specialty benefits management. Zelis recently announced the acquisition of Strenuus, its 5th acquisition in the last year. Strenuus is a healthcare technology and data analytics company that delivers provider network insights to health plans and other risk-bearing entities. Strenuus’ software and data enable customers to build and maintain strong provider networks, analyze the performance of those networks and assess the adequacy of narrow network designs.
