Edward Rayner joined Parthenon Capital Partners as an Associate in 2009. He currently focuses on evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and is also active in working with portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Mr. Rayner was an Associate at Mercer Management Consulting. His casework focused on revenue management, network planning, and growth strategy.

EDUCATION

Mr. Rayner earned an A.B. in Computer Science from Harvard University, where he graduated with honors.
