Jonathan Meachin joined Parthenon Capital Partners as an Associate in 2008. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Mr. Meachin worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in the power, utilities and clean energy group. While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Meachin analyzed and executed a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and principal investments.

EDUCATION

Mr. Meachin graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Public and Private Sector Organizations.
