Gerri Grossmann joined Parthenon Capital Partners as the Chief Financial Officer in 2008.

Ms. Grossmann currently serves on the West Coast Board of Directors for the Private Equity CFO Association (PECFOA), a national organization of senior finance executives.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Ms. Grossmann served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Crosslink Capital, a San Francisco-based $1.4 billion alternative investment firm focused on public and private technology investing. Ms. Grossmann joined Crosslink at its inception in January 1999 and managed all financial, administrative and operational functions for the firm as it grew assets more than six times and tripled headcount during her tenure.

Previously, Ms. Grossmann Served as Vice President/Controller for the Robertson Stephens Private Equity Group, managing finance and operations for the venture capital and real estate fund businesses. From 1993-1996, she was a Vice President at Bank of America where she worked in the Capital Markets and Investment Portfolio groups. Ms. Grossmann spent four years with Deloitte & Touche in its Seattle office and is a certified public accountant.

EDUCATION

Ms. Grossmann earned her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
