| BOSTON, MA (BUSINESS WIRE) - In the absence of an active IPO market, middle market companies seeking capital are turning to recapitalizations as a successful alternative. Recapitalization is becoming the preferred means for the owner of a privately held company to attain liquidity or growth capital for expansion or acquisitions.

Mr. Jacquet also discusses how a company can utilize the benefits of a recapitalization to acquire competitors to increase market share.
